St.Marie’s Lavender Farm

St.Marie’s, ID

Our St. Maries Lavender Farm and Distillery is where everything started. In 1992 Gary Young brought lavender seeds from Provence, France, and planted them on the 200 acres of land that now make up this beautiful farm. Today this farm contributes to the production of our famous Lavender essential oil and other botanicals.
The St. Maries Lavender Farm and Distillery was established on land that had never been exposed to chemical pesticides or man-made fertilizers. Young Living’s Seed to Seal® quality commitment honor these origins, shaping the agricultural practices we use to not only sustainably cultivate botanicals but to also protect botanicals, wildlife, and landscapes.

Northern Lights Farm

Fort Nelson, B.C. Canada

In 2014—after scouting and research to find the best possible location—Young Living purchased land in British Columbia, Canada, for the Northern Lights Farm. The pristine land remains free of synthetic chemicals and fertilizers, thanks to its relatively untouched nature prior to Young Living’s ownership.

This farm is a key source of Black Spruce essential oil, an important oil in many popular blends, including Shutran™, Harmony™, Awaken™, and Envision™.
