How to Begin Using Your Premium Starter Kit Diffuser:

You have your diffuser, you have your lovely box of oils. Now what do you do? How do you know which oils go together? How many drops are too many? Too little?

Before you start, I want to make a couple of points here. First off, why do we diffuse? Diffusing allows the essential oil molecules to get into the air by breaking them down into micro-particles and dispersing them. This maximizes the beneficial properties of the essential oil by inhalation. Diffusing cleanses and purifies the air, making your home, workplace, classrooms and any place else that you diffuse, smell amazing. This can also impact all the feels going on in the room.

Second, your Young Living Essential Oils are 100% pure. A little goes a long way. You will see some recipes on the internet telling you to put 15 + drops into your diffuser. That is wasteful and unnecessary. Even with the recipes that I am giving you, pay attention to how your body feels. If you think that it is too strong, gently pour the whole mixture into a glass container, being careful not to get water into the mechanics of the diffuser. Add additional water to the mixture so that you have diluted the oil to water ratio. When it comes to Essential Oils, dilution is always the answer. Pour some of the mixture back into the diffuser, paying attention to the fill line, and set aside the rest of what is in the glass jar for later use, making sure to put a lid on it because those Essential Oil molecules love to escape.
