- 16 oz water
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 4 tbsp pumpkin puree
- 2 drops Cinnamon Bark Vitality™
- 2 drops Ginger Vitality™
- 4 scoops Vanilla Spice Protein Powder
- Mix all of the ingredients in a high-powered blender until smooth and creamy.
