Margarita Popcorn

A big bowl of popcorn is a treat, but let’s kick it up a notch and enjoy this delightful twist on a classic.

Prep/Cooking:  20 min

Serves:  2

  • 1/2 cup popcorn kernels
  • 3 tablespoons virgin coconut oil & an additional
  • 2-3 tablespoons for topping
  • 8-10 drops Lime Vitality™
  • Salt to taste
  1. Melt 3 tablespoons coconut oil in a large pot on medium/medium high heat.
  2. Add popcorn kernels into the melted oil. Heat until kernels are popped.
  3. Transfer popped kernels into a large bowl.
  4. Melt additional 2-3 tablespoons of coconut oil. Take off heat and add Lime Vitality oil.
  5. Drizzle coconut lime mixture over bowl of popped popcorn.
  6. Salt to taste. Toss or stir until combined.
