How to Use Stress Away

When you get your Premium Starter Kit, there’s a bottle of Stress Away Essential Oil tucked away underneath the first 10 bottles. Join our training and education team as they talk about favorite ways to use Stress Away!

Stress Away Essential Oil is a blend of our most calming scents: Lavender, Copaiba, Lime, Cedarwood, Vanilla, and Ocotea. When you first smell the blend, you get the sweet notes of the Vanilla, Lavender, Copaiba, and Cedarwood, and then a hint of citrus from the Lime. Put together, these wonderful oils can help create a calming and soothing environment. This is one of the best essential oils to diffuse or inhale using a cotton ball, because of its ability to soothe nervous tension. You can also put a few drops of Stress Away with our V-6 carrier oil to make a soothing massage oil!

You can also get Stress Away Roll-On, so you can put it in your bag and apply it whenever you need to relieve stress. We even have bath bombs with Stress Away, so you can enjoy a luxurious bath with this amazing essential oil blend.

Diffuser Recipes

Notes:

These are approximate drops.  Adjust these recipes to your needs.  If the recipe is too strong for you, add fewer drops.  Do you need more?  Just add more, but no more than 8-12 drops for all of our diffusers with the exception of the Aria diffuser which requires 15-25 drops.

Tip:  When you first begin diffusing, start with less and then build to more if desired.

Drive-time Support

Add a few drops to a cotton ball and place it in the vent of your car to create a calming environment during a long drive or rush-hour traffic.

  • 2-3 drops of StressAway

Candy Cane Blend

Is there anything more iconic than the smell of candy canes at Christmas time? However, those little sticks of candy don’t necessarily give off a strong fragrance. Not to worry! Simply add these drops to your preferred diffuser and you’ll be enjoying the spicy, sweet scent in no time.
