Instructions:

  1. Pour couscous in a large bowl.
  2. Add 2 cups boiling water to couscous and soak for 20 minutes.
  3. Blend bell pepper, shallots, olives, chili (leave seeds for extra spice), orange, raisins, almonds, essential oils, sesame oil, and vinegar until smooth.
  4. Pour on top of cooked couscous.
  5. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Tip: If you don’t have a fresh chili, a dash of chili spice will do the trick!
